How to enable uploading all file types from email

By default, Planyard only processes PDF attachments when invoices are forwarded via email. This helps prevent unrelated files (e.g. logos, email signatures) from being uploaded.

If your invoices frequently arrive in other formats, you can enable support for all file types.

To enable uploading all file types:

1. Go to Company in the top menu row.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Click Company-wide features.
4. Scroll to Upload all files from email.
5. Enable the toggle

Once enabled, all attachments — not just PDFs — will be uploaded when emails are forwarded to Planyard.

Note: This setting may result in non-invoice files being uploaded.
