Improved Excel budget import reliability

Previously, importing an Excel budget could fail entirely if even a single cell contained unreadable or invalid data, such as an invalid date or an unusual cell format. We've made the Excel reader more robust to handle these situations gracefully. Now, invalid dates are skipped without causing errors, and if a cell's value cannot be read normally, the system attempts to use its displayed text or formula. This means that only the problematic cell is skipped, allowing the rest of your budget to convert successfully. Error values like #REF! are still excluded to keep your budget clean.
